You are being invited to take part in SEDNA’s Beta Testing group. This will allow you to try out and give feedback on the design and functionality of new SEDNA software features and functionality.
What’s involved?
Beta Features will be announced and revealed to you periodically. Many features will only have slight refinements to the older versions you’re used to. For any features that involve significant changes to SEDNA, we may also invite you to take part in feedback sessions that will make it easy for you to tell us directly how you’re finding the new features. You will be able to decide at the time whether you want to take part in direct feedback sessions.
How will my personal data be collected, stored, and shared?
The SEDNA product team staff working on this project will have access to your personal data, including your email address and any analytics data connected to your use of the new feature. Before the session, we will collect and store your name, email address and role so that we can invite you to try features that are relevant to you. If you are invited to join a direct feedback session, you will be asked if we may collect notes or record the session. Access to direct feedback data will be limited to SEDNA staff, unless during your session you give permission for it to be shared with specific other groups.
Is the beta testing confidential?
The research is non-confidential within SEDNA Systems. This means that we may share data that identifies you to other people within SEDNA. Any clips or quotes that we use in internal reports and presentations may not be fully anonymized.
Your right to withdrawing your data
Your participation in the Beta testing group is voluntary and you can ask to withdraw at any point.
You can contact SEDNA Systems Research at research@sedna.com if you would like to withdraw your data.
